KONSTANTINOS BOBOS (Greece, Athens b. 1963 / act: Volos) |
Konstantinos Bobos was born on 11 October 1963 in Athens, Greece. He studied at the Athens School of Fine Arts - ASFA (1983-1989), painting with Nikos Kessanlis and printmaking with Thanassis Exarchopoulos. In 1992 he collaborated with the Shadow Theater of Giorgos Haridimos. He teaches art at the Architecture Department of the University of Thessaly. He is also a playwright and furniture designer.Konstantinos Bobos presented the following personal exhibitions: Painting, Ellinogermaniki Agogi, Pallini, Attica (1994); Rough Landscapes, Astra Gallery, Athens (1997); Games by Heart, Astra Gallery, Athens (2002); Close, Laboratory, Volos (2003); Games, History Museum, Makrynitsa, Pelion (2005); Low Tone Disorders, Astrolavos Dexameni Art Gallery, Athens (2005); Konstantinos Bobos: Retrospective 1990-2009, Giorgio de Chirico Art Center, Volos (2009); and Pending Matters: Painting Urban Stories, Yeni Çami, Thessaloniki (2009). Konstantinos Bobos currently lives and works in Volos.
