Katharine T. Carter was born in 1950 at Tampa of Florida, USA. She received her Bachelor of Arts at the University of Florida, Gainesville (1976), furthered her studies at the School of Visual Arts, New York (1978); and graduted with a Master of Fine Arts at the University of South Florida, Tampa (1980).Katharine T.
