EFI CHRYSSI (Greece, Athens b. 1961 / act: Athens) |
Efi Chryssi was born on 17 June 1961 in Athens, Greece. After graduating from Pierce College in 1979, she furthered her studies at the Social Work Foundation in Athens (1879-1982). She then went on to study Interior Decoration and Design at the Inchbald School of Design in London (1983). Her artworks developed along the lines of optical art, displaying a passion for lines, color and light.Efi Chryssi presented the following personal exhibitions: Efi Chryssi: Kaleidoscope, Astrolavos Art Galeries, Athens (2011). She also took part in the following group exhibitions: 5th ACG Alumni Art Exhibition, The American College of Greece, Agia Paraskevi (1989); 6th ACG Alumni Art Exhibition, The American College of Greece, Cultural Center of the Municipal Center of Athens, Athens (1991); and 7th ACG Alumni Art Exhibition, House of Cyprus, Athens (1995).
Efi Chryssi currently lives and works in Athens.
