SAVAS GEORGIADIS (Cyprus, Limassol b. 1975 / act: Athens) |
Savas Georgiadis was born in Limassol of Cyprus in 1975. He studied at the Athens School of Fine Arts, Department of Painting under Professor Dimitris Mytaras and he graduated with honors.He was granted a 5-year scholarship for the whole duration of his studies from the State Foundation for Scholareships - IKY.
Savas Georgiadis presented the following personal exhibitions: Municipal Library, Limassol (1998), Athens Art Gallery, Athens (2002, 2005). He also took part in the following group exhibitions: Silent Dialogues: Multimedia Portraits Throughout Time,ACG Art Gallery, The American College of Greece, Athens (2008). Paintings by Savas Georgiadis are kept at the following institutions: The American College of Greece, Athens; Benaki Museum, Athens; and the Vorres Museum, Peania.
Savas Georgiadis currently lives and works in Athens.
