Daphne Kalogeropoulou was born on 11 August 1984 in Athens, Greece. She graduated from Pierce College in 2002 . She studied music at the Athens Conservatory and literature at the National & Capodistrian University of Greece. In 2004 she received a scholarship to continue her studies at the Berklee College of Music in Boston.
In 2007 published the book "Trust" published by Pyrinos Kosmos and the first edition sold out within months. The book was intended to lead the thoughts and feelings of the reader into functional pathways, an effort that took place along with speeches and articles in the Periskopisi newspaper. She has been involved with the study of psychotherapy and psychoanalysis, while alongside her studies in psychology at Deree College, s he released in 2008 the book "Apeikasmata" published by Kastaniotis-Diaton. The book includes a collection of short stories of basically psychological content. These stories were previously published in the Periskopisi newspaper. In June 2011 she released the book "The Phenomenon of Psychalouda" Cosmosware Publications, which despite its fictional structure, was also based on psychology. In July 2011 she participated in the 12th European Congress of Psychology, held in Istanbul, presenting a research project entitled "Occurance of the Fundamental Attribution Error: Personal vs Situational Attributions in a Business Setting".
She received two nationwide awards in the field of art (1999, 2000), a nationwide award in music, a nationwide award for her own composition (2000) and numerous other awards including the Award Coral crocodile (2002).
She has worked as a teacher of music in the summer program of the College, and has also served in journalistic tasks at the Media Relations Office of that institution. Today, she delivers seminars to people of all ages with issues related to creative writing, self-improvement, the neurolinguistic programming, aiming to guide the thoughts and feelings of people in functional pathways. She also delivers speaches at The American College, the Cultural Attempts association, the Pinelopeio non-profit institution, the Amerikis Square - Reading Club, etc. Moreover, she writes articles for the Periskopisi newspaper and the online channel Dimoi-News. Excerpt from her work, psychology exercises and interviews, are presented weekly on YouTube, and in the aforementioned web channel. Finally, her new book, a novel based psychotherapy, is under preparation for publication.
