CORINA KNITHAKI (Greece, Athens b. 1981 / act: Athens) |
Corina Knithaki was born on 22 December 1981 in Athens, Greece, daughter of Ioannis Knithakis, architect and restorer of ancient buildings, and Bella Adamakou-Knithaki, decorator. She studied painting at the Athens School of Fine Arts - ASFA (1999-2006) under Chronis Botsoglou.The art of Knithaki is very much geared around the human figure, particularly the face. She has produced a great number of sketches experimenting with diverse media in various forms of painting.
Corina Knithaki continues to live and work in Athens.
