Sandra Lange was born
on 25 December 1982
in Berlin, Germany. She studied English and American Studies at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin (2002-2006) and fine arts at the Universität der Künste Berlin - UdK (2002-2008) in the class of Frank Badur. Further studies took her to London, Bucharest, New York. She served as Tutor for the Foundation Course of first term students at UdK (2006-2008). She received the following scholarships: Erasmus for Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design, London (2006); Rudolf Schweitzer-Cumpăna Foundation, Bucharest, Romania (2006); and Akademia Wilanowska, Warsaw, Poland (2008).Sandra Lange presented the following personal exhibitions: Intermezzo, Bobparsley gallery, Berlin Friedrichshain (2007); and Industria Colorum, Galerie Havelspitze, Berlin Spandau (2008).
