MARGARITA SKOKOS (Greece, Athens b. 1943 / act: Athens) |
Margarita Skokos was born in 1943 in Athens, Greece. She studied at the Athens School of Fine Arts - ASFA (1966-1971), painting with Yannis Moralis and Dimitris Mytaras and ceramics with Janna Persaki. She taught art for a period of ten years.Skokos received the following personal exhibitions: Enstasis Gallery, Glyfada, Attiki (1991); Cercle Münster, Luxemburg (1994); Parlement Européen, Strasburg, France (1996); Galerie Dominique Lang, Dudelange, Luxemburg (1997); Galerie Desmos, Paris (1999); Stadtmuseum Düsseldorf, Germany (2000); Stiftung Industriedenkmalpflege und Geschichtkultur, St. Anna Hospital, Herne, Germany (2000); Z-M Gallery, Thessaloniki (2004); Castle of Bourglinster, Bourglinster, Luxemburg (2008).
Margarita Skokos currently lives and works in Glyfada, Attica.
