CM: This is the maquette for the expansion and renovation of Deree College Library in 1992. The result is proof of the value and success of Tappé Associates' collaborative relationships with The American College of Greece. For this project Tappé designed a seamless 3,000 sm addition built around the original building of 1, 400 sm, offering reading areas on the perimeter near windows, situating stack-areas towards the middle of the building, and maximizing views of the city of Agia Paraskevi.
