EVA VASDEKI (Germany, Wiesbaden b. 1973 / act: Athens) |
Eva Vasdeki was born on 8 June 1973 at Wiesbaden, Germany. She graduated from Pierce College, Athens, in 1992. She went on to study archaeological reastoration at the Petra School, Athens. In 1994 she enrolled at the Athens School of Fine Arts - ASFA (1994-2007) to study painting with Demosthenes Kokkinidis and Yannis Valavanidis (1994-1999) and engraving with Vas s ilis Kazakos and Michalis Arfaras (2000-2007).Eva Vasdeki presented the following personal exhibitions: Works of Printmaking, Technohoros - Greek Printmakers' Association, Athens (2006). She also took part in the following group exhibitions: European Iconography: Icons, Copenhagen, Denmark (2005); A Tribute to the Alumnae Artists of Pierce College, Cultural Centre of The American College of Greece, Plaka (2006); 4th Graphic Arts Biennial, Rokycany, Czech Republic (2008).
Eva Vasdeki currently lives and works in Athens.
